Job Responsibilities :
1.Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the photovoltaic power station, including formulating departmental work plans, coordinating internal resources, and completing assigned tasks to ensure the station operates efficiently, stably, and effectively;
2.Responsible for reviewing electricity bill statements; collecting overdue payments to ensure timely collection within the reasonable billing period;
3.Maintain harmonious relationships with all enterprises in operational and maintenance activities;
4.Lead and coordinate the resolution of technical and managerial issues arising during on-site management, establish technical documentation and a long-term emergency response mechanism, ensuring the power station operates normally in compliance with company requirements;
5.Responsible for organizing and supervising the daily operations of maintenance staff, and conducting performance evaluations of their work;
6. Responsible for analyzing and exporting operational data of the power station, effectively monitoring its efficiency, power output, and failure rates, and providing essential data support for the company's future project development and construction.
Qualifications for the position :
1.Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3 years or more of experience in photovoltaic power station operation and maintenance management;
2.Proficient in the system architectures and operational modes of photovoltaic power plants (particularly distributed systems), including key equipment specifications and standard troubleshooting protocols;
3.Possess extensive experience in safety management and equipment administration;
4.Possess acute risk management awareness and extensive experience in risk control;
5.Prioritization will be given to candidates with operational experience in the top 10 energy companies.

A CET-4 or higher English proficiency is required, with fluent English being acceptable as a working language.
