Job Responsibilities :
1.In accordance with the project management process, be responsible for project initiation, procurement task assignment, material budgeting, personnel allocation, tracking project progress, and compiling the overall project progress report;
2.Keep track of construction progress and quality at all times, coordinate solutions to construction issues, and ensure the project is completed on schedule;
3.Responsible for pre-construction documentation submission, project approval and installation, with capability to conduct drawing reviews;
4.This position requires on-site assignment to project locations and the ability to work on business trips.
Qualifications for the position :
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with prior experience in power grid or photovoltaic energy storage projects preferred;
2.At least 2 years as a construction supervisor with project management experience, preferably with experience in independently managing large-scale projects;
3.Proficient in engineering industry technical standards, specifications, and installation workflows, with expertise in construction site procedures;
4.A meticulous professional with strong accountability, possessing robust organizational and planning skills, and adept at coordinating with the client and the general contractor;
5.Proficient in office software and CAD drafting software;
6. Drivers with valid licenses and personal vehicles are preferred (eligible for subsidies).
