Job Responsibilities ：
1．Lead the selection evaluation and integration design of energy storage systems, independently complete the overall cost estimation of the system, and ensure the technical feasibility and economic balance of the proposed solution;
2．Participate in project site visits, deliver professional technical analysis reports, and collaborate with the sales team to facilitate client technical discussions and translate requirements into actionable solutions;
3．Responsible for preparing tender documents, accurately highlighting the project's technical strengths and solution features;
4. Deliver end-to-end technical support for project construction, commissioning, and after-sales services, with rapid response to on-site technical challenges.
Qualifications for the position ：
1．Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering and Automation or related fields, with solid foundational knowledge;
2．At least 2 years of experience in energy storage system design, with expertise in industry standards and system architecture;
3．Profoundly understand the performance parameters and technical characteristics of core functional units including energy storage cells, BMS, PCS, and EMS, and be capable of independently designing grid-connected energy storage systems;
4. Proficiency in power system fundamentals, with experience in renewable energy photovoltaic design preferred;
5. Strong stress tolerance, adaptable to short-term business trips, and highly effective in cross-team communication and collaboration.
