Job Responsibilities :
1.Assess and understand the energy consumption status of buildings and industrial facilities, conduct energy-saving diagnostic analysis to identify potential energy-saving opportunities;
2.Propose feasible energy-saving retrofit measures for energy-intensive equipment (e.g., central air conditioning, air compressors, boilers, etc.);
3.Capable of independently delivering energy-saving retrofitting and carbon reduction solutions;
4.Possess project management skills, including overseeing on-site energy-saving retrofit projects and completing all required tasks (including implementation and acceptance) according to the project schedule.
5. Be capable of undertaking project-related business trips and completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications for the position :
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to engineering majors in HVAC, electrical, control, or energy-related fields;
2.With 3+ years of experience in energy-saving projects for central air conditioning, air compressors, or boilers preferred.
3.Proficient in energy-saving retrofitting for industrial enterprises, public institutions, and large-scale buildings;
4.Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and team collaboration spirit;
5.Proficient in CAD, with an electrical operator certificate and C1 driver's license (preferably).
